Area 16 Arena Eventing Qualifiers

The first BRC Arena Eventing Championships will be held at Washbrook Farm, Aston-le-Walls, Daventry, Northamptonshire. NN11 6RT on 9th & 10th March.

The Area 16 Area Eventing Qualifier will be at Speetley Equestrian Centre, Chesterfield, S43 4TA on Sunday 21st October. Classes are as below:

1 BRC Senior / Junior / Mixed 70cm Qualifier

2 BRC Senior 80CM Qualifier

3 BRC Senior 90CM Qualifier

4 BRC Junior 80cm Qualifier

5 BRC Junior 90cm Qualifier

6 BRC Senior/Junior/mixed 100cm Qualifier

This qualifier will consist of a course of show jumps immediately followed by cross country fences, and will finish with the last fence as a show jump, the joker fence, which will be set at a discretionary 10cm higher than the rest of the course. There will be a maximum of 20 jumping efforts, 9 show jumping, 10 XC fences and the joker SJ fence.

Speeds published in BRC 2018 Handbook have changed to:
70cm – 340mpm
80cm – 350mpm
90cm – 360 mpm
100cm – 375 mpm

All entrants must be fully signed up members of club. This means you must have paid AND sent off membership forms. If you are planning on entering and haven’t received your BRC membership card yet please contact Kayleigh on 07887953339 or kayleighnic@icloud.com

All horses must be fully vaccinated to BRC rules and passports are all fully checked at the competition, if you’re vaccinations do not meet the criteria you WILL NOT be allowed to ride. There is a vaccination checker on our website, please check!!

Ensure that you intend to compete at the championship & that you enter the level that you are happy to compete at – no swapping around last minute please!!
