Members Summer Camp @ Somerford

One of 3 camp dates available to our members….

Somerford Park Farm is based in Cheshire, with an amazing cross country course and fabulous farm ride, you are guaranteed to have a ball. The jumps range from 75 right up to 1.20, but we can cater for people only wanting flatwork and polework too.
The camp is for seniors and juniors, but juniors must have a parent in attendance.
Arrival any time Monday after 12pm, settle in with a hack on the farm ride. . Stables be ready from 6pm.
Tuesday and Wednesday there will be lessons in the morning and the afternoon. In total you will have 5 1/2 hours tutition
Lessons will be tailored to suit your needs. show Jumping, cross country and flatwork.

Stabling with bedding included (shavings) 2 bales already in but more can be purchased at £7.
Haylage is included but if hay is required please bring your own, no reduction in cost will be given.
Evenings there will be a home cooked meal in the pavilion.
Breakfast will be a relaxed help yourself cereals/toast/ crossaints.
Lunches will be sandwiches, cakes and fruit.
Hot/cold drinks and biscuits will be readily available all day in the pavilion.
In between riding there will be time to shop at the lovely Hope valley Saddlery, there is also a vets onsite.

Sleeping arrangements can be either in your own lorries (hook up £30 for the duration) or in the pavilion, bring your own camp beds. There are toilet and shower blocks included. There are 2 cottages on site please ask for more info.
Guests attend during the day, feed companies etc

Camp will be informal and activities will be arranged for the evening but these are not compulsory. Cost is £225 and booking is via equo events (HOWDEN RC OPTION), any questions please ring Sharon 07397160743
